FAQs

Answers to the questions veterans ask us most. If yours isn’t here, call us on 0483 980 421.

Where will my appointment be held?+

We will conduct your appointment in person or via Telehealth with experienced GPs located throughout Australia. For Telehealth appointments, you will receive a link to connect with our team online, ensuring convenience and safety.

Where are your clinics located?+

We have clinics located throughout Australia. Please reach out to our team to find your nearest clinic. If you’re unable to make it to an in-person appointment, we can organise a telehealth session as well.

Can I book an appointment if I haven’t filed my claim yet?+

Please contact our team to discuss your situation. We offer specialised medical assessment and report writing services specific to DVA report requests. If you have generic questions related to the claims process we recommend you contact an advocate to assist with these enquiries.

How long will my appointment take?+

We allocate 2 to 2.5 hours for your appointment to ensure our GPs can thoroughly discuss your case and health needs.

What should I expect during my appointment?+

Our experienced GPs will discuss your relevant medical conditions and overall health during your appointment. They will collect detailed information to aid in diagnosis and may refer you for further tests or to specialist doctors and other practitioners if necessary. Your GP will provide detailed explanations of any additional steps required.
